Stephan Bax suggested that normalization can be achieved, by changing our attitudes towards computers. He said that CALL must be seen as something normal and not have fear or expectations of it. People must change their thoughts and believes about computer hardware and software that it is going to change the world into something dangerous.
People can integrate successfully by some factors, such as technology, software and that teachers and learners have a positive attitude towards it. In addition, they need to study ethnographic data by concerning individuals that will be using CALL and working on overcoming any barriers to normalization.

  Saudi Arabia is a modern country. The government able to apply normalization in education field, and offer the best technological devices. I am really wanted to integrate technology with learning in schools and universities. I hope the government will apply it soon.

   The government must change the book into compact discs, thus students learn and study by using those discs.  So the government should offer modern computers for students. They must offer smart boards, projectors in classrooms. Also teacher should have laptop, CD players, and notepad. When those devices are available in everywhere, it seems to be something normal and ordinary. It facilitates learning and makes it easy and interesting especially for teenagers who like using internet and modern devices. It makes communication between students and teachers easier and faster. Teacher can upload assignments and notes and student receives it. Also student can send his or her homework and activity.
